Classical Guitar:

Enrico BOTTELLI, Italy

Brazilian/spruce
Expected : October 2008
Price to be Determined

A former pupil of the great Jose Romanillos, Enrico Bottelli is one of the most refined contemporary makers of traditional fan braced classical guitars in the world.

Inspired by the work of Antonio Torres, Manuel Ramirez and Hauser I, Bottelli's signature sound is warm and lyrical, transparent and sweet. Quick to respond to a player's subtlest articulations, his guitars also offer an unusually wide palette of color and nuance.

Further more, these lovely guitars have not only exceptional quality of sound but also impressive projection in a hall. In sum, Enrico Bottelli's classical guitars are uniquely musical and easy to play. It should come as no surprise then that we consider it a distinct honor to be able to offer to our customers the elegant art guitars of Enrico Bottelli.

Materials: Dark Brazilian sides and back, old hand split Italian spruce soundboard with close straight grain and exceptional silking - maple, paduk (red), satinwood, paduk, maple hairline purflings - one of the most beautiful original mosaic rosette designs around (a contemporary classic), Rodgers precision tuning machine heads (the finest in the world) with engraved brass sideplates and dark mother of pearl oval buttons, gorgeous French polish of shellac finish, workmanship ranking with the finest in the world, comfortable neck contour and quick easy action set up, 650mm string length.
